There were 2 damaged items in today's grocery order (Ocado/M&S) and you know what? they have a really nifty 'Request Refund' system where you can go to the actual order and tick the item and there is a drop-down menu of issues for which one might request a refund -

Is there not the danger that it may get lost/stolen/etc? I once had to cancel one of my cards because I thought I'd lost it - in fact it had been kindly retained at the restaurant where I'd inadvertently left it... but I had others that I could use instead.

On my desktop, Firefox keeps losing all my open tabs when I shut it down - even though yesterday I went into options and ensured that 'save open tabs' rather than 'homepage' had been picked as the default - and today I didn't even get the 'Save and quit/quit/cancel' option when I closed the browser.
